Our client, a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, is looking for a Business Analyst with CRM and digital platforms experience, to manage critical issues and suggesting solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Medical teams to understand their business needs and digital capability requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Support the delivery of digital solutions to enhance Marketing, Sales, and Medical Operations Effectiveness

Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

Provide software support to ensure the smooth functioning of digital capabilities

Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues and challenges

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

First-hand experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry

Experience in software support, demonstrating a strong understanding of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Expertise in Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault Salesforce.com, WordPress, Email builder

Coding experience in HTML

Knowledge of commercial and medical business processes in the Pharmaceutical industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and systems

Fluency in English is required, ideally with proficiency in Spanish or German
