Our client is seeking a talented Client Service Analyst to join a dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will manage a portfolio of high-profile global clients, facilitating trade lifecycle processing, cash and collateral management, and client service reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-profile global clients across various financial products
- Oversee trade lifecycle, cash and collateral, static and FX processing
- Conduct regular client service reviews and ensure timely resolution of queries
- Analyze client portfolios, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client experiences and processes
- Provide clear and concise updates to clients regarding market events and operational matters
- Perform monthly reports and analysis to enhance client performance and efficiency
- Participate in documentation, testing, and implementation of new processes and systems
- Stay updated with relevant product, regulatory, and policy environments
Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in a similar client service role within the financial industry
- Proven project management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks
- Demonstrated self-reliance, accountability, and risk management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong investigative and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
