Our Downtown Cleveland client is searching for experienced Customer Service Reps to join their call center team beginning in November. The assignment will last approximately 6 months depending on the project.
The successful candidate will be able to answer a high volume of calls, have 1-3 years experience in a Customer Service role with a basic math aptitude as a must! An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to help others is preferred.
This is a long-term (6 months or more) temporary assignment with a potential for permanent hire through our client. This is a 40/hr a week position with a hourly salary of $14.04/hour. Candidates must be available to work an 8 hour shift between 7:00am and 7:30pm.
Requirements
Client prefers applicants with a 1-3 years of previous customer service experience, basic computer skills on Microsoft Word and Excel.
In addition, based upon the nature of the client and project, candidates must be a U.S Citizen (no dual citizenship), have no felonies or misdemeanors and have no late payments showing on a credit report.
