Telecommunications Customer Service Rep with an expertise in commercial accounts. This candidate must possess the ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting daily call objectives. Basic troubleshooting and problem solving skills are required. Voice and data circuit experience are preferred.
Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls from commercial customers and internal personnel; Opening trouble tickets for technicians; Processing service change requests; Explaining billing statements and call detail information to customers
Requirements: 2- years of telecommunications experience; 2-years of customer service experience; Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; Must have the ability to multitask and work in multiple systems; Must be comfortable with troubleshooting various issues; Must be able to handle a fast paced environment; Strong organizational skills; Computer knowledge
