Job Description
Telecommunications Repair Coordinator with expertise in commercial accounts that utilize DS0, DS1, IP and long distance products. This position is within a call center and the candidate must possess the ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while performing Tier 1 and Tier 2 repair. Troubleshooting and problem solving skills for voice and data circuits required.
Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from commercial customers, internal personnel and vendors; Perform troubleshooting to identify and repair, or dispatch telecommunication service issues to internal or external organizations; Open tickets, monitor, escalate and provide status on customer repairs; Use multiple systems to analyze services or apply charges to customer’s invoice.
Requirements: 3-4 years of telecommunications experience; 2-years experience with direct customer interaction; Experience in telephone system installation, troubleshooting or provisioning preferred; Must have the ability to multitask and work in multiple systems; Must display professionalism, strong communication and organizational skills; Must be able to handle a fast paced environment; Computer skills
