Are you an experienced leader with start up experience? One of the premier granite, marble and solid surface countertop companies in Ohio is opening a new showroom and warehouse in the Cleveland area and you have the chance to get in on the ground floor! They are currently looking for an Account Services Supervisor for the brand new location which will be opening soon.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for managing, coaching and developing the estimators and the Account Service Reps on a day to day basis. Account Service Representatives are responsible for calculating and communicating all financial obligations to a customer and ensuring that these obligations are met prior to commencing with the order. These communications are in the form of Proposals, Variance Requests, Contracts and Purchase Orders. Calculation of square footage of countertops is required in order to confirm job totals. This is required to ensure all documentation is received to be able to invoice each job. The Account Services Rep will help facilitate installations with builders and homeownerss from beginning to end. Must be very customer focused with the ability to multi task, prioritize, and adjust schedules as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be a self starter willing to work in a variety of departments
Must have strong people development and coaching skills
Minimum of 2 years of office/sales related experience
HS Diploma
5+ years of experience in a supervisory position coaching and developing a team of employees
Experience in a related industry (home design, countertops, construction, etc.) a plus, but not required.
Must be able to spend 4+ weeks in Columbus for training
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
